We strongly urge anyone considering renting or buying Highfield House in Lasham to proceed with extreme caution.
We note your second review on Trustpilot from the tenancy ending August last year. We are sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with aspects of the property. As a managing agent, our role is to act on the landlord’s instructions and to facilitate communication, report maintenance issues, and coordinate contractors where authorised. Our move dragged on longer than expected due to an issue with the chain but Rebecca managed to get everything back on track keeping calm and professional. GoogleBeing from overseas, about to let my first apartment here, I was a bit apprehensive about the entire process to be honest. However, the Letting Team from JF was amazing. I worked with Sian and Chris from the get-go and was amazed at their professionalism and commitment. Sian in particular was extremely helpful and accommodating, from being very communicative (answering emails out of hours and on weekends), to arranging for certain things to be in place for my move. I have had a very pleasant experience with the group and would heartily recommend them to anyone in search of accommodation! Cheers guys!
