Gemma Miller at Alton branch, the agent acting on the sellers behalf, helped us all the way through the process and the level of service we received made us feel like we were the client also. Gemma helped us get through many obstacles and ensured we completed in the timescale we needed. The gift received when we got the keys was also such a nice touch. Good job Bourne :)

I worked closely with 2 particular agents who embodied the hardworking and professional nature that is the life blood of any successful outfit. FacebookBourne! Please stop pestering people already signed up with other agents, especially old folk! My parents have just been automatically signed up with Bourne despite being told a number of times when doorstepped at their home they didn't want to sign with them, causing them distress.
