I can’t thank the team at Bourne Estate Agents in Woking enough for all their hard work in getting our house sold. It was a long journey, but Ross and Sean were fantastic, always persistent, thorough, and kept us updated every step of the way. Their patience and attention to detail really made the difference. Also, a big thank you for recommending the removers; they were great and made the move so much easier. Highly recommended if you’re looking to buy or sell in Woking!

We are so glad we instructed Bourne estate agents. Initially we had another agent in mind, however, Bourne were able to offer a real bespoke service and gave us a clear, honest and professional pathway. From advertising to sales tactics, they were able to maximise our viewings and were present and looking impeccable during. We had so many offers! More then we expected, and Bourne were able to advise on the viability of the offers based on strict buyer vetting, quickly helping us accept the best offer. They were attentive when chasing solicitors and buyer, weekly calls for updates, always picked up the phone when I called and remained positive and reassuring, very helpful when dealing with the stress of selling. Now we have sold and moving on it’s a bitter sweet feeling, selling the home we love, but thanks to Bourne, we are getting a great offer and they also could see the great features of our home and importantly the great things about the area, relaying that to the buyer. On a final note, I want to specifically thank Andy for his dynamic personality and assertive leadership, this was the pull to choosing the Team, and to Shaun, the suit of the operation, so unbelievably well spoken and articulate, he made us feel so confident throughout the process and really looked out for our interests. We actually feel a bit sad that our journey with Bourne has come to a close, we always had a laugh and banter when we chatted for updates, the team just give off this happy and motivated energy, a testament to good leadership and work balance, this definitely reflects in their work. Honestly hands down David Lowther from the Alton branch has restored my faith in human nature .This man has acted so professionally,so kind and so outstanding in helping when issues have occurred within my mum’s property during the selling process .As I don’t live local David kept me informed every step of the way including resolving clearance local workman to fix a leak &flooring along with a gardener the company use.On top of this he liaised constantly between buyer ,seller &solicitor.His work ethic was exceptional .Yesterday we exchanged 😀.Without David this would not of happened.Thank you truly from the bottom of our hearts .

Fantastic service

Having bought my property through Bourne in 2022, I had no hesitation in using them for my house sale 3 years later. The Farnham branch of Bourne have been excellent throughout the process of selling my house. However I'd like to single out Rebecca, who was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. She kept me updated at every stage, and remained reassuring and calm during a lengthy and sometimes difficult and stressful process. I always felt supported by Rebecca, and always appreciated her being truthful with me. I couldn't have done it without her, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rebecca and Bourne to anyone thinking of selling their home in Farnham and surrounding areas.

In my view, the best Estate Agent in Woking!

From the first call to them at the Woking office they were highly professional. They came out to the property and had clearly done their research! We asked 3 agents to value our property and Bourne were the only ones to come along with extensive, relevant market data, a well thought out marketing plan based on our actual situation and they suggested a sale price higher that the other agents (and they got what they said they would for us). All in all, an exceptional experience at the same charges as the other agents. Excellent communications at all levels and at all times, just a really really good experience - happy to recommend them to anyone!

multiple fire safety measures not met- had to leave after 4 months

Unfortunately, I rented a flat from Bourne and had to leave just 4 months after moving in as I discovered through my own investigating that there was multiple safety requirements not met. When I raised this with Bourne they showed no urgency, understanding or concern. Like the landlord, it's clear they have no idea of the regulations put in place to keep people safe. They allowed me to rent the flat knowing it wasn't properly registered as a residential property, which meant I had no bin collections and was unable to get wifi without paying business rates. The landlord let me surrender the tenancy, I'd assumed this was so the work that needed to be done would take place but presumably not as the flat was re-let just a couple of weeks later. Overall a very disappointing experience, other than Elarose who seemed to be the only one with real compassion and prompt email responses.

Poor service with Trading Standard violations

So i called this agency like 5 times for 5 diferent properties, none of them were available but the ads says just added, so this is illegal and misleading which violates Trading Standards, its basically phishing with fake adds that are no loger available to get free marketing in a way, so i have submited 3 ads to Trading Standards ombudsman for these misleading posts, and already dicussed with legal advisor who can confirm its against the trading standards and illegal.

We were extremely impressed with Andy Gearing and his team at Bourne. They went out of their way to help us, both to sell our house and also to buy a property that we liked. Their communication was always prompt and helpful, often contacting us out of hours when needed, The team have a great deal of integrity and want to ensure that they get the right match between buyer and seller. When our first buyer withdrew at the last moment, they got us another buyer within a week and made sure we did not lose the property we wanted to buy, and the sale went through in less than 8 weeks because of their determination to make it work. I could not recommend them more highly.

10/10 service the entire process. My partner and I were looking for our first home together but we were not having much luck. The worst estate agent in surrey! The property manager is non-existent and is never there when requested. I’ve left my tenancy early this year, they refuse to return my deposit, i started my tenancy with the property not being professionally cleaned which has been documented and numerous complaints have been made to the estate agents with no care given and now they are attempting to steal my deposit. Refusing to return it without me paying for the cleaning. I would steer clear from these jokers. I had chosen them in good faith and i feel very let down. This is not an insignificant amount of money and i will be taking this further so they do not get away with it. I assume they have done this before.
