Disappointed with the advice and service provided by Bourne which has resulted in me reducing my price by £50,000 within the space of two weeks. Great at lip service avoid at all cost!!

Agent replied · 12 June 2024

I have reviewed our database and can find no record of your information or any vendor with your surname. I have also reviewed any price adjustments within the local offices and can find no record of a reduction to this level. This review has been reported to google as fake/spam and we will seek to have this removed. Regards Andy Gearing (Director)

Quite simply, I wouldn't entertain using another estate agent. Andy Gearing has sold two properties for me and has surpassed expectations on both occasions. Well done again to you and the team and we look forward to the next opportunity.
