Caitlin, David and the team at Bourne in Guildford were great from the start. They give a personal, comfortable and professional feel to the whole process and I had no problems - they were always there to answer any questions and provide any help. Nothing felt like a problem, even when I was being unorganised and at times useless! They guided me through it all very well. It was/is a great service with a competitive rate in comparison to other agents. It’s a 5 star from me and a massive thank you, would recommend the team to anyone!

I’d recommend Bourne estate agents happily. Gareth and his colleagues were really professional when they showed us around, not pushy at all just honest and helpful. Jim who helped us through the sales process was always available to help and was beyond kind when I became frustrated with the conveyancing delays.
