Andrew and his team enabled us to complete on the sale of my mother-in-law's bungalow in Alton. From the start, Andrew was very enthusiastic about the property and its location and this was a primary factor in appointing Bourne, as other estate agents were also very interested but maybe not quite as excited at the prospect. The professional advice that he offered surprised us but he turned out to be 100% right: the bungalow was sold to a family who fell in love with the plot rather than the developer we had imagined would buy it. This was an unexpected - but considerably better - outcome and we are grateful to Bourne for enabling it. Andrew, Gemma and team were very responsive to all of our calls and emails throughout the sale process and proved to be effective conduits between the buyers and ourselves, on the tiny matters as well as the huge. Blown away by the level of hard work provided by Bourne (with special thanks to Phoebe) during our house sale. From the start they were absolutely brilliant, with lots of viewings booked in and getting helpful feedback after each. After accepting an offer we were kept well informed and given guidance where needed (our first time selling a property).
