GoogleIf you're looking to sell your house, the best advice I can give is to make the first and only call to the team at Bourne Farnham. From the moment I first spoke to Adrian I felt at ease with his approach which was honest, enthusiastic and informed. Hayley put together a brochure which showcased our home in the best light and Jo did her homework so she could host well informed viewings. Her passion for our house alongside her warm demeanour resulted in many offers from the launch day so we could have our pick of buyers. Every member of the team had a positive way about them and the phone was always answered immediately. As a company, they are exemplary and I was lucky enough to deal with everyone: Adrian, Adam, Rob, Rebecca, Thomas, Hayley and Jo... Thank you for everything you have done for us, our appreciation cannot be put into words.

GoogleI have recently sold a property with Bourne Estates agents in Farnham and bought a property with Bourne estate agents in Alton. I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the first visit to value our property to when we sold and bought they were highly efficient and professional. Special thanks to Rebecca, an absolute asset to the Farnham office, her regular contact and co-ordination ensured that all parties were informed and on-track for completion in the timescales we were working to and I think I’d go as far as to say if she wasn’t assisting as much as she did I’m sure the chain would have collapsed, great work we’re very happy.

GoogleWe found our dream home through Bourne estate agents in Farnham. We had been looking for some time with all the agents and in our opinion, Bourne are by far the best for customer service and care. Robert Skuse kept us well informed throughout our property purchase process and was helpful, informative and always on hand for any queries we had and responded speedily. The communication was excellent and nothing felt too much trouble. We were taken seriously from the moment we requested a viewing through to exchange and felt our interests were well looked after. Robert also helped us find a new mortgage broker who was excellent but was never pushy about us using them. Would highly recommend buying through Bourne. They are respectful, helpful, efficient and great communicators.

GoogleWanted to write a huge thank you to the ME team in Ash Vale, having just exchanged on our purchase. Paige first showed us round the property and was delightful. We wanted to offer straight away as we loved it, she actioned this promptly & our offer was accepted… and within a few hours the property was off Rightmove. Following that, we dealt with Hayley & Anne-Rie. Hayley is the loveliest lady & really couldn’t do enough for us, despite us not being her client! The transaction was incredibly smooth but any problems Hayley worked brilliantly between us and the sellers. Anne-Rie dealt with the sales progression and was completely in control and on top of the whole process- entirely different from many agents!! Can’t rate ME highly enough - thank you so much to all 3 ladies.

GoogleHayley was a constant in our first house purchase, and went over and above to ensure we got our forever home. It was not the easiest of sales to say the least and she had to put up with daily calls from myself for quite some time! And each time she reassured me, and never made me feel like anything was too big an ask. I would highly recommend ME estate agents and can confirm….they get the job done!
