GoogleWe recently purchased a property and Bourne Estate Agents were the sellers representative. The purchase chain proved to be very difficult indeed, due to someone at the start of the chain. George Caporn from Bourne's helped keep the transaction alive. He was proactive, provided good communication and very supportive. I have no doubt we would not have been able to make the purchase without his and his colleagues support. I guess its only when things go wrong that you appreciate the real professionals around you. Would Highly recommend

GoogleAmy has been in touch over the past few months to alert me when potential properties come to the market and she is such a friendly, efficient and professional Agent I am really impressed with her patience and persistence. I am quite fussy about my search and she is always helpful and kind, she replies to my emails within the hour and so far she has been notifying me promptly whenever a flat I might be interested in becomes available. I have dealt with several Estate Agents over the past year and I can certainly recognise professional, dedicated individuals when I come across them. I truly hope that I will be finally able to find the right place to move into and I will have to thank Amy for that!

GoogleWe found a great investment property through Bourne Farnham and they immediately found a great tenant for us who paid a year's rent in advance. However, when the tenant fell ill and wanted to move out, Bourne expertly managed to satisfy both this tenant and us landlords by quickly finding another great tenant for us, at a better rate in keeping with the market changes. Everyone at Bourne has been excellent in keeping us informed and managing our rental property. Maddie Kilpatrick was very compelling when she explained the benefits of rent protection and we are glad we have this now. Annie Lee and Claire Whiter are two others who have been very professional and helpful to us.

As a grad student here, renting a house in the UK is an overwhelming process with lots of paperwork but the folks at Bourne were there to answer every question even at late hours in the evening.
