IMPERSONATORS Their local director turned up with my landlord and pretended to be a contractor (he was fooling no one in his business attire). We refused him entry as he did not provide his credentials I therefore complained to their owner. His response was that their director was put in an "awkward position, through no fault of his own." As vulnerable tenants we find this completely unacceptable.

Recently rented a house through these guys..All i can say is Never again. Had over completely with the deposit. To and throw with a lady called Karen Reynolds who actually told me she didnt really care. Boy was that the truth..Just nightmare from start to finish. They always favour the landlord so you have no chance getting a fair resolution to your dispute if you want any kind of reasonable portion of your deposit back...Use another agent !!

We rented with Bourne for 2 years and I simply have nothing good to say about them; they displayed a total lack of respect for us as tenants and were on occasion outright rude, and seemingly oblivious to their ineptitude. Reported issues, including a leak in the kitchen and resulting mould issue, were left unanswered and unresolved for months at a time and they fought back on almost everything. I hear good things about their sales department, but they're certainly not using the A-team for lettings...very poor customer service. Avoid.
