So far Bourne Estate Agents have made numerous mistakes costing me time and money. Each time they have justified themselves rather than owning up to their mistakes. It's a real shame because some things they do well, like their inventory reports and finding tenants, but sadly it doesn't balance out the things that have gone wrong as a property owner.
