GoogleWhilst looking to sell my property in Horsell we approached the normal go to village estate agent and also gave Bourne the opportunity to pitch for handling the sale. The contrast in knowledge of the market and actual interest in selling the property was chalk and cheese. Bourne demonstrated knowledge, shared a sales strategy that was well thought out and had the hunger to successfully make the sale. The other was complacent and expected to be appointed. Unsurprisingly, Bourne were appointed and went on to successfully execute the sales strategy achieving a sale price we were very happy with. All the team were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thoroughly recommend.

GoogleHIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I recently bought house in woking with Bourne Estates. Ross was absolutely incredible. He was so kind, thoughtful. He sloved his clients issues with no diffucties. I'm really satisfied with their company and support. It was amazing, throughout buying the house they asked me about progress and how is it going for me. As a first buyer, I have to say that their it was very straightforward and easy to deal with. Everything was set out very clearly from the beginning. Great communication and updates. GoogleWe recently purchased a property and Bourne Estate Agents were the sellers representative. The purchase chain proved to be very difficult indeed, due to someone at the start of the chain. George Caporn from Bourne's helped keep the transaction alive. He was proactive, provided good communication and very supportive. I have no doubt we would not have been able to make the purchase without his and his colleagues support. I guess its only when things go wrong that you appreciate the real professionals around you. Would Highly recommend

Acting on behalf of my late Mother in Law and her family was so difficult and I was always treated with respect and understanding through a very upsetting process. Shane took me through the early stages, David then carried on the process. Every bit of advice and help was incredible, guiding me through a process that I had never done before. To be honest, I was pretty clueless about it, but they always reassured and helped me. I will be eternally grateful to Shane, David and the staff at Bournes in Godalming. They are professional, knowledgeable and kind. Also, during every stage they called me regularly to update me on how things were progressing. I highly recommend them to any seller or buyer, the service they provide is outstanding. Thank you all so very much.
