Someone could have let me know, knowing I was going to travel a distance. Good thing I hadn't purchased train ticket or I would of been asking for Bourne estate agents to refund me for it due lack of communication.
Seems your customer service is lacking greatly.

Having spoken to the team, I understand that your appointment had been provisionally booked in for tomorrow afternoon, and was not yet confirmed to be going ahead. The appointment was cancelled as an offer had been accepted over the weekend and a holding deposit paid to secure the property. The team were in the process of calling through the proposed viewings to cancel these, when we received a call from you asking for confirmation, to which the team had advised that we would need to cancel the appointment due to the offer being accepted, providing over 24 hours notice of the cancellation.
