GoogleA massive thank you to Tom and the team at Bourne for facilitating the sale of our house. We found them considered and not over bearing. They also did very well to hold the chain together when our first onward purchase fell over. We have now bought and sold through them and I would recommend.

GoogleDreadful office . had a booked appointment to see rental property, then if hadnt called and found out off the market, would of travelled a distance to go not even worth one star In reply to Sam. I took it was a confirmed booking. Someone could have let me know, knowing I was going to travel a distance. Good thing I hadn't purchased train ticket or I would of been asking for Bourne estate agents to refund me for it due lack of communication. Seems your customer service is lacking greatly.

Having spoken to the team, I understand that your appointment had been provisionally booked in for tomorrow afternoon, and was not yet confirmed to be going ahead. The appointment was cancelled as an offer had been accepted over the weekend and a holding deposit paid to secure the property. The team were in the process of calling through the proposed viewings to cancel these, when we received a call from you asking for confirmation, to which the team had advised that we would need to cancel the appointment due to the offer being accepted, providing over 24 hours notice of the cancellation. GoogleI'm really pleased with the service and support I've received throughout the buying process. It was our first property, so we were really unclear on what we needed to do, especially with our solicitors, but Patrick was extremely helpful throughout the process - kept us updated and helped prompt the other side, when needed. I'd certainly recommend Bourne Estate Agents and Patrick as our main contact with them.

GoogleWe were fortunate enough to have Roanna from Bourne involved in the purchased of new house. From start to finish Roanna and the team were absolutely fantastic. We had issues with the sale of our house with solicitors causing issues and delays. Fortunately everyone on our was absolutely fantastic and Roanna added to the A team. If/When we come to sell we would definitely look to use Bourne.

GoogleWe were recently looking for a flat to rent and Hannah, Elarose, and the team were extremely attentive and helpful. Every appropriate flat that became available they made sure to email and call us immediately to arrange viewings to give us the best chance of securing it. They also were able to provide video recordings of the flats which helped us decide if it was right for us and worth viewing. I would definitely recommend Bourne as they were friendly, professional, and most helpful.

GoogleI expected Bourne to be like any other agents we’ve dealt with, but they proved me wrong! The whole team have been very warm and friendly; Gemma, Andrew & Ayisha. Each of them answered any questions and gave us guidance throughout the purchase. Gemma recommended some Solicitors to us, along with an excellent Surveyor. Her advice has been really useful. Overall the whole process has been fairly smooth and trouble-free thanks to the team at Bourne. Highly recommended.

Shane kept in touch and approached us just before we took it off the market in order to rent it out. He convinced us to give him a chance and try Bourne Estate Agents. I was cynical when he approached us and thought he was just talking the usual estate agent talk. Well, I was wrong. We had an offer on the twelfth day from the day he had put it on the market! We would like to thank Shane and his team for their hard work and dedication. Shane never minded going for the extra mile and helped us out with a few things as we don’t live locally.
