Elarose was excellent to deal with; couldn't have been more helpful and managed the whole process quickly and efficiently. She followed up all questions quickly and I always felt she was fully in control of the process. Also she was very personable and friendly - would highly recommend and a cut above other letting agents I've dealt with in the past. GoogleFrom a standing start 4 days ago, Izzy at Bourne Estate Agents has managed to help me secure an amazing flat, after I had legitimately given up on finding one in time for my move. Everything was processed quickly and efficiently, and communication has been excellent - along with the team bending over backwards to help with my application. I can’t recommend them enough.

GooglePatrick has been excellent through out the whole process of our purchase. We have had a number of issues with sellers whilst dealing with a different estate agent firm. Patrick from Bourne however has always been on top of everything with regular updates and cant thank him enough for all his support. Will certainly be looking to use Bourne and Patrick for any new house purchases in the future and have already recommended him to a number of friends currently considering house moves.

GoogleAfter selling my own property with Bourne last year and being was so pleased with the service provided, I only wanted to use them again when it came to selling my mums house this year. I am so glad I did, the whole team are friendly, helpful and work so hard. They really supported me through a tricky and long sale and I can’t recommend them enough. Adam and Aliyah were excellent, they kept everything moving forward, kept me very well informed and without them I think the process would have taken a lot longer. GoogleBy far the best estate agents we have ever come across! Made us feel our home was great, all staff very polite and helpful. Also upbeat at all times and kept to our requests for specific viewing times without a problem. They all seem so motivated and positive and not pushy! All the staff are great and David the manager has been fantastic. Really efficient - no waffling! He just gets it!

GoogleThe Poperty Management Team are marvellous. Karen was my first property manager contact who provided down to earth advice, responded to queries quickly and gave a seamless handover to Tallulah. Tallulah managed some tricky situations with difficult people seamlessly, was prompt to react to anything that needed attention and kept me up to date with ongoing maintenance, with great attention to detail. As a bonus she was always a cheery voice on the end of the phone, making sure to highlight the positives in any situation.
