Unethical and I highly question the integrity of their conduct. A bunch of children who don't ever seem to know what they're doing. They draw close to the line with how they do business and seem rather willing to tell quite significant lies and manipulate people. Filthy business to be frank and forthcoming. Not worth the deep level of toxicity.

Awful company that should be avoided whatever you do. In fact, I'm certain their conduct isn't law abiding and is at best highly questionable and unethical. They exploit tenants, lie, and harass tenants all because "they work for the landlord not the tenant". Then continue to treat grown adults like inconvenient cash cows that they are most ready to belittle, degrade and harass, even though the rent was always paid early and we were great tenants who kept the place very well. Not worth the mistreatment and having to constantly remind them that they are dealing with grown adults not children. Truly, avoid at all costs.

GoogleLooking at several agents, bourne were my favoured one after getting open and honest comments on my property. Ayisha came and valued the property and had come up with a great plan on how to sell the property, her photos and description got the property sold upon the first viewing (less than 3 working days). I was shocked at how quick Ayisha got it sold, compared to previous estate agents I have experienced. Then the whole process with Jim and the rest of the team was smooth sailing. Communication and honesty was key to the sale and they were spot on. Would use Bourne again for selling and recommended to my previous neighbours.

GoogleVery disappointing experience at Bourne. I recently had a viewing booked in for 5.45pm, and having travelled for over an hour to make it, the agent didn't have the means to enter the property. I found this to be disrespectful and utterly unprofessional. It is possible that, due to circumstances, accessing the property may not always be possible. However, a simple phone call or any form of proactive communication to inform me beforehand would have demonstrated a basic level of respect and professionalism. This lack of consideration has left me deeply disappointed and questioning whether I can trust this agency to handle any future dealings efficiently.

GoogleRecently sold and then bought a house via Bourne Godalming and couldn’t recommend them enough! Having tried to find a property via other agents unsuccessfully I had initially been concerned we might not be able to move but Shane at Bourne was a complete breath of fresh air. He proactively sought out the right house for us taking into consideration all of our requirements and vice versa with a buyer for ours. He was incredibly helpful throughout, always acting in our best interest and giving us advice along the way which was very appreciated in what can be a rather stressful life event. If anyone is looking to work with an agent that you can trust and makes the process quick and pain free then would recommend them.

GoogleWe have recently completed on our new house and just wanted to take a moment to thank the team at Bourne, right from the first time we viewed the property to the day Shane gave us the keys on our move day, the whole team have been exceptional. Constantly updating us(more than our own agent and solicitor) and really pushed to make the sale happen by the date we needed. Thank you Shane, Dave and Tilly you are the best, we would not recommend anyone else.

GoogleThis is probably one of the worst estate agents I have encountered in the UK over the past 12 years. My flat has major water leakage damage and blocked sink issues for over a month and they have been procrastinating without offering any solutions. They show a complete disregard for health and safety concerns. Their behavior is totally irresponsible and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend their services.

GoogleA bunch of disorganised amateurs. Do not deal with these guys. They are currently holding my funds and refusing to return them. Disgraceful. Dealing with Izzy Garland and Becky Ward. Just shockingly bad service. Avoid!! To respond to Andrew’s comment: Becky Ward clearly told me that the funds would be with me the same day that I returned the keys. You had the keys at 9:05am. It was not until 5:05pm that I was informed it was in fact my landlord who needs to help and you are unable to. its just so tiring dealing with Bourne. Mistake after mistake after mistake. This is probably the third or fourth time that I have had problems with your company this year. I am writing an honest review to warn others off using you. I understand my landlord has also decided to move to another estate agent as well. It is typical of Bourne that you choose to try and deflect and blame the customer for being angry. Rather than accept your repeated failings and simply apologise. It’s been like dealing with a child I have also emailed hello@ three times since seeing Chris’ message. He is yet to acknowledge any emails I have sent him.

GoogleIf you're looking for an estate agent to sell your house in Godalming go straight to Bourne Estate Agents. We recently used them for a house sale in the Binscombe area of Godalming and they were brilliant. They got lots of viewings and managed the sale superbly. I can't recommend them highly enough - in particular Shane and Tilly who really get stuff done.
