GoogleWe have just sold through Bourne estate agents in Alton. Overall, the attention to detail, drive and customer service has been fantastic. My agent was Roanna Ferne who worked tirelessly to unsure the whole process, and any issues, were addressed and managed. Like all sales with a chain there are challenges but I was highly impressed with the way the Roanna brought the stakeholders together thus getting the right result for all. I would highly recommend Bourne Estate Agents and Roanna for your sale or purchase.

Attention Foreign Nationals: Avoid This CompanyA year ago, when I was searching for a house to rent and was new to the UK, I didn’t have the required references. I told the agents I would pay an entire year of rent upfront to bypass the reference check and I was on a very tight moving schedule with only slightly more than two weeks to move.Despite my offer to pay upfront and my lack of references, it took them more than a week to process the reference check, which ultimately achieved nothing. I was forced to pay an additional £2,000 to the removal company due to the last-minute arrangements.Now, a year later, this company is demanding that I return the property in pristine condition, free from any wear and tear. They are treating a minor stain on the basin as damage and have even called an electrician for a lamp cover that only needed a simple adjustment to the lamp cover.This company's behavior reflects sheer greed and unprofessionalism.To anyone from abroad, particularly those from Hong Kong with substantial cash resources, do not grant them any leniency. There is no reason to be accommodating with them; they are profiting from you whether you are a tenant or a buyer.Best is avoid this company at all costs.

GoogleDamp moldy property that needs completely overhauling from black mold on the walls of all bedrooms and hallwalls leaking ceiling removal or fire doors on kitchen central heating not turning on rusty leaking radiators broken bedroom furniture no fire alarms live cables hanging and last tenants rubbish left in front and back garden absolutely disgusting accommodation rented to young students ps and wrong read meters reading given to them photos added

GoogleTallulah Dowding showed her expertise and professionalism while helping with the property management of a flat we own. At a few hours' notice, she found a company to deep clean the property and then negotiated a deposit release with the tenants. Tallulah was helpful, completely on top of the situation and always prompt with her communication. Excellent work!

GoogleAfter a not-very-happy experience trying to buy a property via another agent in Woking (an area I did not know well), it was great that the second seller had chosen to go with Bourne & Co. They were all friendly, helpful, got the detail right and rang back when they said they would. Special thanks to Zack and Carol but particularly to Shaun who went the extra mile several times.

GoogleA massive thank you to Tom and the team at Bourne for facilitating the sale of our house. We found them considered and not over bearing. They also did very well to hold the chain together when our first onward purchase fell over. We have now bought and sold through them and I would recommend.
