GoogleAndy and his team worked tirelessly to find the right buyer to purchase our house at the right price, which they achieved, and then helped manage the process through exchange and completion. GoogleI have had the most fantastic experience with Bourne. They have been helpful from beginning to end , answered all my questions and kept me up to date every step of the way. Would highly recommend and in the future if I am selling or buying a property would definitely use them again. Shaun has been absolutely fantastic through the whole process. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He has answered all my questions both via email and on the phone super quickly and made the process stress free and simple. GoogleEveryone knows how moving can be stressful with the packing, unpacking, and all the other work that goes along with it. That is why I was so thankful that my letting agent, Steph was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable thorough this process. Steph, I am very thankful for your prompt responds to any of my requests and especially I am very grateful for reaching out to me on the application review day. I am convinced, if you would have not taken an extra mile by calling me that day to help with the situation, I would have missed a chance to be accepted. Thank you! The whole moving in process documentation was explained clearly via emails and phone calls, allowing me to set up everything I need for my new home quickly and less stressful.
