Adam, who handled the recent sale and marketing of my house in Cobham, impressed me at the outset with his profound and commercial understanding of the property market, not an easy task in today’s volatile economic climate. His skill, dedication and professionalism are outstanding as is that of all his colleagues, in particular Aliyah, who managed the sale brilliantly. I cannot commend Bourne highly enough for their dedication, work ethic and professionalism, as well as the spirit of co-operation and teamwork that prevails within the office.

GoogleI live in West Sussex and having to sell a property in Guildford was not easy. Fortunately I was recommended to Bourne Estate Agents. I'm so pleased that I took this recommendation. The office in Guildford is welcoming and both my wife and I were warmly greeted by Alex Bulpitt. We explained that this was to be an executors sale and that we knew little of the procedures and what was to be expected. Alex immediately put us at ease and explained the whole process to us in detail. He said that he and his team would always be there for us and keep us updated on the sale progession. He kept his word. Alex and the team were exemplary. The sale progressed quite speedily and Alex achieved full asking price for us. Very highly recommended.

GoogleBourne lettings team have been wonderful helping me secure a property for rent - they’re extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer all the questions I had about the market at the moment and renting a property. The view is were conducted very professionally and catered to my availability. Couldn’t recommend them more!

GoogleThis is our 1st time renting with Bourne and so far we are very pleased. The process was very smooth and there was plenty of communication in between to support us with any enquiries. Elarose was very supportive and proactive from when we first enquired about a property to when we finally picked up the keys to our new home.

GoogleAbsolutely unacceptable experience with this agency. They failed to inform us that the flat has pay-as-you-go meters, which turned out to be faulty and require replacement, something only the landlord can approve. On top of that, the water heater broke down twice within days of moving in and remains unusable. Despite raising these issues immediately, no proper action has been taken. Avoid this agency at all costs!
