I don’t know whats the point of keeping flats or houses that have already been rented on rightmove or zoopla all the flats that I have enquired have already been rented please guys stop waisting people time just remove them for god sake. Keep on waisting my time calling for flats that are gone.

GoogleSold my house with Bourne recently and was highly impressed with their service, from valuation through to completion of sale. This was also done at a very competitive cost. GoogleIt has been over a month since our tenancy ended, and we still haven’t heard back from them regarding our deposit. They consistently side with the landlord, even when their client is clearly at fault. I wouldn’t recommend them unless absolutely necessary. Also, be very cautious during check-in, if you don’t thoroughly document the condition of the property, you risk being charged at check-out for damages you didn’t cause, possibly left by a previous tenant.

GoogleThese guys price down drastically if your house doesn't sell. Entry level 3 bedroom house prices in Farnham have remained at around the 300k mark for years now because of estate agents like them. (Whilst going up steadily everywhere else in the country) Given the areas desirability and proximity to London they should buy now be starting at around 400k 300k is midland/northern pricing

GoogleWe have recently exchanged on our home with the help of Bourne's Guildford Office. Their team have been helpful and communicative. The process has been tricky at points, as it is for anyone. However, their efforts have made it likely that we will complete ahead of stamp duty deadlines, potentially saving us thousands of pounds. Great work to Chris Long, Jim, and the team.

GoogleThe property management team at Bourne Estate Agents Woking has been extremely unfair and negligent during my tenancy at 7 Glen Court, St John's Hill Road, Woking. I reported a broken window back in September/October 2024, and it was only fixed in 2025, just one week before I moved out. There were multiple other issues I reported, yet nothing was ever addressed. However, at the end of my tenancy, they had no problem demanding £460 for professional cleaning, despite providing little to no service throughout my stay. They were happy to take my rent every month and profit from it but failed to uphold their responsibilities as landlords. I find their treatment of tenants abusive and unfair, and I want others to be aware of my experience. If there were an option for -5 stars, I would give it to them. ___________________________________________ Dear Managing Director, I find it concerning that the majority of negative reviews and recommendations to avoid working with your company are directly related to the property management and lettings team. Don’t you believe it is important to take customer complaints seriously and address the inefficiencies within this team? I sincerely doubt that tenants would invest their time and effort in fabricating these negative experiences. Additionally, I previously requested a meeting with you, which was unfortunately denied. GoogleWe recently hired Bourne to sell our home for two months, and during that time, we received zero viewings. The listing photos were extremely poor quality, clearly taken in ten minutes, resulting in dark and unflattering images. This was in stark contrast to our previous experience with another agency, who used professional photography and generated significant interest. Our concerns about the photo quality, raised via email, were completely ignored. This lack of professionalism and attention to detail cost us valuable time and potential buyers. We have since switched to a new agency and are already seeing a significant increase in interest and viewings. We strongly advise against using Bourne if you want a timely and effective sale.

TrustpilotHidden Mold, High Costs & No Real Support, Beware Before Renting!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bourne Estate Agents when renting a property in Farnham in November 2024. It seems to me that the property was misrepresented during the viewing, certain areas had been painted or existing mold had been removed to conceal serious underlying issues.
