Very friendly, helpful staff. Everything explained in great detail. Not an ideal solution (paying for stuff in storage) but when you have to, this is the place to go.

Currently enjoy my lovely cup of tea in warm waiting room after arriving early for a removals job. The lovely staff spotted me in the cold and have taken me out the cold and looked after me really well!

Absolutely the worst storage company I’ve come across. Went to to check into Brighton one and had been arranged weeks in advance,on arrival the wanted passport, DVLA, company ID, full detailed inventory of everything in there, authority letter, live camera picture, watch a stupid 2 min video, patronising tick lists! In the end I said “no Way” and walked out!Needless and unnecessary data they try to harvest.

Shout out to Matt Wells, an absolute asset to the great team there! He was so helpful on the phone prior to the move; and on the day itself I am so grateful to him for going through everything in such detail, and taking me through the inventory. That would have taken me at least twice as long to do on my own at least. Move days are horrifically stressful, and I found the atmosphere at reception with Matt and his colleagues to be so calm and welcoming and friendly, that it provided welcome respite from all the packing. He offered me water for my little dog, and also offered me tea or coffee; and it was just so nice to experience a lovely touch of kindness in a manic day. He also gave me some great removal recommendations which I am looking at for the move out. Huge thanks to Matt for all your help and care, much appreciated.

Spoke to eunice by calling number he was great he gave me a good deal and was very friendly and welcoming also very clear, this was followed up at the store (Bow) by Michael who explained everything perfectly and was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed at a time thats quite hetic. Brilliant service, good price 5 stars so far.

Very nice storage place, well maintained, no risk of environmental damage to you're property. Additionally, the company is green, having solar panels installed. Used them twice for at least 2.5 years total. The only reason for the loss of 1 star is due to the prices. Very affordable for the first 12 weeks(1/2 price offer), then it goes up to full price.
