GoogleI work in one of the flexi offices at Big Yellow Storage and it's brilliant! Staff are really helpful and friendly at reception. Office and building are clean and tidy and there's parking on site.

GoogleI could not have been happier with the support I received from staff at BigYellow Hove. It is the first time I have ever used a storage service, staff were friendly, kind and informative- and answered my many questions! I had a great experience with all the staff I came into contact with, however Jason and Kelsey stood out as exceptional at their roles. I am grateful for all the support I received at a very stressful time. Would recommend this service to anyone!

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and highly secure, giving me peace of mind that my belongings were safe. The staff were accommodating and friendly, making the process smooth from start to finish. They took the time to explain all the options and helped me choose the right storage unit for my needs. I also appreciated the flexible access hours, which made it convenient for me to retrieve items when needed. Thank you for making my storage experience so positive!

GoogleCouldn't be any happier with the service received here! The team - Kelsey, Sandra, Jason and Patrick were all amazingly helpful and made the whole process very quick and easy. Very easy to book, access is good, and prices are pretty good too! Will definitely consider coming back in the future.

GoogleAn absolutely excellent experience. Super friendly & helpful, great advice when booking. I was going to have a bigger unit but was advised by the staff that it would be excessive. As you can see the 25 sq. foot was plenty! A warm & professional welcome with superb instructions & information. The whole place is clean, smart & well lit. Overall a very pleasant experience. If I need storage again I’ll use Big Yellow!
