GoogleFirst of all, reception staff; especially sweet girl named Poppy is very friendly and helpful! She can sort out your issues quickly and effectively. We like how positive she is <3 As for the storage; I think this company is the best to storage your items safely. Their alarm system and security is crazy safe. You get separate alarm code , plus padlock for your storage. You can access to you storage any time/day during work hours. Their prices seem reasonable also; especially the 50% discount on first 4 weeks is great. Overall I am very happy with Big Yellow Storage- Bow.

GoogleVery very very unhappy I signed up with these guys after an awful experience at Shurguard and this was just as bad When I signed up they sold me the dream I was originally paying £585 per month which was an ok deal But after 6 months they tried to add around £100 extra a month on Yes I understand cost of living But this is just pure greed Specially when I rung around other companies and got much cheaper then my original £585 per month for a 300 sq ft The thing that got me when I politely confronted them about my price rise they literally do not care they do nothing to try and keep you as a customer Infact quite the opposite They treat the customers like it’s a conveyor belt one in one out I’m a good customer to have and was looking for storage for years as we store bouncy castles But I was forced out due to pure greed from this company And today had to move 100 bouncy castles to a new lock up which was not part of the plan They do not value there customers At all and quite frankly make you feel like crap I would recommend anybody going to use these to 100% pass there are other smaller company’s local that don’t play this game with you and are cheaper ###stay well away from this company####

GoogleVery helpful. The process of packing and moving can/is a stressful experience but the process is made easier if you use Big Yellow Self Storage Beckenham.

GoogleApple and Andy have been very friendly and helpful. This would be 5 stars but the lifts in the facility really need to be sorted out long term.

GoogleI visited the premises and secured a unit. The member of staff was extremely helpful, explains the whole process and showed to the unit explaining how the system works. Came away certain in the knowledge that my goods would be secure and safe. A great experience
