GoogleChris and his team made such an awful and stressful day salvageable. They made me laugh, had a great energy, offered me some sweets and even gave me a dust sheet. They honestly made such a difference.

GoogleThe storage had a flooding recently, where most of our valuables got damaged from either the water itself or subsequent mould (incl TV, electronics, wedding outfits & photos, etc). Despite Big Yellow being a big brand it was hard to claim back compensation, and we didn’t got compensated for the full amount of our valuables. Communication was also not great. Certainly will not use again.

GoogleI used this location during a house move. The experience was really positive from start to end. The website was easy to use and the staff at Bromley were super friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the courtesy call the week before to let me know what to expect when I checked in because i was so busy with the move and this helped avoid any stress. The storage is very clean and well organised. Access is secure but hassle-free. Very happy with Big Yellow and would use this location again.
