GoogleThis is my first time using self-storage. Just a couple of days ago, I stored my belongings. From the start, the process has been straightforward and simple. In terms of pricing, this was the best option I could find. Paula, the receptionist, was very humble, friendly, and helpful. I definitely recommend it!

GoogleGot a couple of quotes just to take a look. The 2 month price was good but the fact it doubled after that was shocking. Around an hour after I received the quotes, a clerk from the store phoned me. The man spoke about a thousand words a second and I could barely keep up with him. When I told him the reason I wasn't buying a space was because I couldn't afford it, he promptly put the phone down on me. Love that.

GoogleReally impressed with the ease and efficiency of checking in. Stefan was lovely and very helpful, he orchestrated the situation so the removal company could move my items in while we were checking in, so we made the best use of time. The room was just right and options for reducing the size in future were discussed. Overall very pleased.
