GoogleYellow Big Storage provided a frustrating experience. We arrived before closing time, yet the staff was rude, annoyed, and unprofessional. Despite claims of telling us 4 times which never happened he never told us any , I tried to calmly discuss the issue, but their attitude made it worse. Poor communication and service, would not recommend. Especially not Joe and he was the rude one.Warning do not associate with Joe might have anger issues by chance. Shurgard self storage is 99x times better as they had nice staff. This is not saying the company is bad big yellow storage is fine, but Joe brings shame to the company’s name for that we and many are leaving…

GoogleI wish I was able to rate beyond 5 stars. My experience with the staff was stellar, Simeon and Stef were not only mindful and understanding of the stressful situation I was in and the time constraint I was up against, but thoughtfully helped me asses what option was most compatible to solve my problem, going out of their way to help me through the process in a way that I’ve rarely experienced in customer service. I had my back against the wall and without their help I wouldn’t have been able to successfully reach the end of my deadline. In my opinion the quality of a company is defined through it’s employees, and in this case it was an exemplary masterclass, other businesses could and should take note. Thank you again Stef and Simeon! Absolute legends.

GoogleReally pleased with the service here, Tiarn was really helpful with assisting with my queries and even helped me with moving some of my packages into my storage unit! Highly recommended ☺️

GoogleThe staff are very friendly and approachable and provide an informative and efficient service. In particular Tiarn and Sheree were very helpful in reserving a unit. Sheree was very friendly and efficient, and I can speak in more depth about Tiarn because he served me in depth on both occasions. Tiarn was very helpful in identifying my storage needs and making sure that everything was set up accordingly when identifying and then reserving the best unit, and then guiding the process of check-in. Would recommend this branch.
