Perfect, just turned up on spec, asked if there was a space I could rent. Everything was explained in clear terms. Was shown exactly the perfect space. Everything I needed from packing boxes to a padlock for unit were available on site. Signed up online process, simple and fast. Competitive pricing, half price for first 8 weeks rent. Spotless place. Friendly knowledgeable staff, big thanks to Neil who helped me set this up. Can’t fault all very safe and secure .

We had pre-booked online, so most of the information was already available. When we reviewed the space booked, we decided that the space was not enough. Fortunately, there was a larger space available, so we took that. Dave then worked through the various legal and technical parts. We were happy with this, so completed the booking. Our questions were answered, and we were given a demonstration of how we needed to access the space and close up after us. There was a bit of banter between my son-in-law and me, and Dave and his colleague. This almost made paying the money fun. So, we have got the space needed, for the time needed, and the booking process was almost fun. That deserves five starts because it was over and above expectations. Dave even recognised me from the uploaded photo as I came in. That was even more than expected.

We used Big Yellow in the past, we were happy with the set up and service, the whole world seems to have gone to pot since Covid, but Big Yellow is just as before, friendly, helpful, all you'd want from a storage facility, well done.
