Staff is not helpful at all. The atmosphere they created is very unwelcoming. The corridor to get to the 15 sqm rooms is extremely tight. Some doors do not open // close correctly. I recommend the Big Yellow in Camberwell MUCH more. I was miss informed by staff twice now which is unacceptable.

Had a great experience with Big Yellow Storage recently. I called to ask about storage options and spoke to Poppy, who was absolutely fantastic from the get-go. She was friendly, patient, and really knew her stuff. Poppy took the time to walk me through everything in detail and made what could’ve been a stressful process feel completely straightforward. She genuinely went above and beyond, even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was going smoothly. It’s rare to come across someone so professional and easy to talk to. She really is a star and a credit to the team. Also want to give a quick mention to Shan, who was really nice and added to the warm, welcoming feel. If you’re thinking of using this branch, I’d 100% recommend it, and if you get to deal with Poppy, you’ll be in excellent hands

I have used Big Yellow in Bow for the last year and a half-ish and recently had to upgrade my room size. In this endeavor I was served by both Mike and Poppy, both of whom were excellent. Their helpfulness made what could have been a very stressful day, much less so. Thank you both.

Had this storage for many years, in fact too many years , it costs a fortune. The bug bear is, if you are late, days late they call you constantly, in fact they harass you! no plus points or benefits for longevity ...just gets more expensive and they continually harass you even though you pay within a week of the due date....
