GoogleIt can be stressful dealing with ‘stuff’ and paying to have things kept safe as life changes. I was pleasantly surprised about how smoothly the process went when the huge truck arrived with all my things yesterday. I dealt with Chris, who was very friendly and even made coffee for the drivers who had come a long way. I needed to upgrade my unit and this was handled with no fuss, a good price offered so that I could get what I needed without paying too much more. The facility is clean and easy to enter/leave and although I know I’m only renting it, my unit feels like mine. It’s individually alarmed and locked which gives a feeling of security. I’ll be going there quite a bit to sort through my things, so I’m glad it’s only a short bus ride away. All in all I’m pleased with the service received thus far.

GoogleI moved some items into Hove Big Yellow Storage and I've been really impressed with ease of access paired with their high level of security. A member of staff, Patrick, was so helpful and guided me through the moving process - making sure I understood how everything worked. Very happy I've chosen to store my belongings here.

GoogleI had such a fantastic experience at Big Yellow Storage in Bromley thanks to Nick, Tim, and Martin. From the start, Nick went above and beyond to secure me the best discount available across all Bromley units. He was determined to find me a rate I could afford, and I truly appreciate his effort. Nick and his colleagues took the time to explain everything in detail, making the whole process clear and stress-free. They were also incredibly friendly, professional, and patient, even with my young kids, who were very active in the store! I asked to see quite a few different units as I can be particular, but nothing was too much trouble for them. Their attitude never changed! They stayed helpful and welcoming throughout. A big thank you to Nick, Tim, and Martin for making what could have been a stressful process such a positive and easy experience. Highly recommend! P.S. I want to give special thanks to Martin. his service was incredible. His patience, professionalism, and kindness really stood out and made a big difference to my experience.
