We had a great experience at Big Yellow Storage. Andriana was incredibly helpful from start to finish and made the whole process really easy. It’s our first time using storage, so we weren’t sure what to expect, but she explained everything clearly and made us feel completely at ease. She’s a real credit to the company - thanks again, Andriana!

I just love the Big Yellow Storage, it's so much better than the others. The corridors are wider, the trollies are a proper size and the security is top notch. I got great service from the team inc Chris, Reena and Lucy, thanks for making my experience effortless. I'll be back.

Paula is absolutely amazing! I had a booking with Shurgard for my house move, showed up at the time they gave me, only to find no one there. I called head office and all they did was apologise for the inconvenience. I tried calling around all the local units, but everything was closed. Luckily, I called Big Yellow Self Storage in Croydon, Paula was due to close up for the day but stayed behind after her shift had ended and went above and beyond to help. She really knows her stuff and was a total lifesaver - without her, I would’ve been completely stuck with a full van. I’ll definitely be using this location from now on!

I have use a few storage places and this is the best one. They deserve more than 5 stars, the staff are very helpful and always greet you with a smile. Today is a bitter sweet day for me as I’m moving away from the area but if I ever need a storage facility I will be coming back to Thornton Heath.
