I use their service twice, for many months while living abroad, the same issues arised each time. 1. They overestimate the value of your belongings to increase insurance policy 2. Each time they increase the price of the storage after two months by at least 15%. 3. While a monthly rolling basis payment should happen each X of the month, it gets advanced by several days each time. 4. Debit on different currency does not work with their system, so you will get penalties each time.
