GoogleWhat can I say about Big Yellow, they are great! This is my second or even third time using them. What made this one especially amazing was Lyndsay who talked me through everything on the phone, helped me changed few details and checked me in like a pro! GoogleClean, organised, easy to get to, plenty of parking. Trollies available for use, and packing supplies available for purchase. Poppy was super helpful and welcoming. She explained everything and even helped me choose a different size unit that would suit my needs better (which actually saved me money). Would recommend.

GoogleLee and Dave made renting storage with big yellow so easy - I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Their customer service is outstanding, and they were both so kind in helping me get set up and apply for licences etc on the room that I was renting. What I thought would initially be complicated was super easy for them both to sort and I’m really grateful! 10/10 service! Thank you so much

GoogleKatherine at Big Yellow is a consistent friendly and efficient rep at Big Yellow, having peviously collected boxes for a removal. On another visit today, where I've not been able to think clearly due to moving home stress - Katherine took her time to speak to me on a level, helping me get an idea on what exactly needs to be packed, she provided me with removal help contacts for the heavy lifting, and Katherine was efficient with giving me options on space sizes for storage. I was given a physical visual of what storage space was available and reserving space was straightforward. I felt understood, reassured and just more prepared on the logistics for my move. Thank you.

GoogleI used the self storage in Croydon and Paula helped organised the storage locker. She was very helpful . My only complaint was the system of identity verification, this process was very long and continually failed. Finally it was accepted after half an hour of trying. There has to be a better system of identification No complaints about the staff service at all.
