Excellent customer service made my moving out day a lot less stressful. I was served by a lady named Lisa who was the most helpful and explained everything to me clearly (It was my first time ever storing my stuff at a storage place) . I 100% recommend this place to anyone with a need to store their stuff.

I had an absolutely appalling experience with Big Yellow in Bow. I requested and paid for out of hours access. On the evening of renting storage, I arrived in a taxi loaded with items to be stored. I entered my access code on the gate, and access was denied. I called the number on the sign and explained that I had out of hours access but was unable to enter. I also explained that I had a taxi waiting and had another critical situation to attend to. The staff on the phone were rude and unhelpful, and I had to call several times in order to get them to take the matter seriously. I was passed from pillar to post. Eventually, they agreed to call the onsite guard who then called me, and I had to explain the whole situation again. After several more frustrating minutes, the gate was opened and I was able to approach the building. However, I still could not enter the building because my access code would not work, and I had to bang on the door for several minutes before the guard (Edward) arrived. There was absolutely no urgency in his handling of the matter. Rather than understanding my situation, Edward was rather nonchalant and told me I had to wait. I found his manner extremely rude, and he told me I am stupid. I was absolutely disgusted by his comment, and advised him that I would complain about his general behaviour to management. Having been a repeat customer for many years, I am appalled at how bad the service has become at Bow, and will not use them again. Instead I will use Attic which is just a few doors away.

Great staff. It's good if you can get the initial half price discount for 8 weeks, but it gets a bit pricey afterwards. It's a pain to get there if you don't have a car and there is no space to lock your bike.

When we walked in we were greeted by a man called 'Mo'. He was friendly and very professional. He kindly and patiently went through all our options for storage, showed us some units until we settled on one. He even offered us a bit more of a deal which we of course were very grateful for. We will tell all our friends about Big Yellow in Bow and how quick and easy the whole process was, thanks to Mo.
