GoogleBig Yellow is a highly efficient storage facility with great staff. Plenty of choice in sizes of units. Really clean. Very easy to do business with.

GoogleBeware, they lumped insurance into my weekly price and didn't even ask me if I had my own. They just assumed I'd happily pay their extortionate amount. They charge £3.50 per week whereas I got better cover for £20 for 6 months. I personally hate this hidden charge stuff in companies. Why not just be up front? Or ask. Don't assume we're all mugs who will just buy whatever you lump into the price. They also tried charging me more despite me already having a cheaper quote from them. My stuff's there so I'm stuck, I'm not hiring another van.

GoogleIt's very simple to use this self storage facility. Security is assured, with code keypad entry to the building. Inside, each storage pod has additional locks and are alarmed. The radio plays continuously at an appropriate level, so you don't feel too lonely. Have seen some small business users, as well as the folk moving house.

GoogleWe decided to move home, a very long distance, And to store our things we needed assistance. I made an enquiry with Chester Big Yellow, I was phoned by Lee, such a helpful fellow. I had a question and Lauren was great, The offer she sent was an excellent rate. We were greeted by Jeff, no stress involved, He sorted us out, every problem solved. The manager Geoff has a super crew, The building is smart, so secure too. So if you're thinking to move house and need to rent space, Use Big Yellow Chester, they'll put a smile on your face! GoogleGreat on signing in really welcoming, atrocious when trying to leave. I was charged half my deposit even though I told them I would only use the month I booked and not a day longer. And even when I explained to the manager I and already agreed to leave on the date I was booked for, he insisted on charging me a late notice fee(half my deposit as mentioned) he was unreasonable and upon further investigation it seems its a common practice at the Chester branch on sealand road. Avoid if possible, there is a storage for half the price just by the Tesco stores just off bumpers lane.

GoogleOn arrival our contact, Jeff Banus, made us very welcome; he carried out all the introductory procedures quickly and efficiently. He then showed us the storage unit allocated to us and made sure that our route to it was the quickest available. The whole experience was excellent in every way, including the coffee Jeff provided for us.
