GoogleWish I could give 0 stars. Poor service. We cleared our unit and because there were no staff on duty to tell that the unit was empty we were charged storage until WE called them to advise.

GoogleExcellent service, very friendly and professional staff that will recommend you what you actually need -- no more, no less. Prices are rather steep, although they often make you offers (eg half price for the first 3 months.

GoogleI thought that the whole process might have been riddled with hitches and inconveniences. Far from it! No problems whatsoever. The whole experience was seemless and the professional, friendly manner of the staff (especially Jill and Grace) was excellent.

GoogleFirst class facilities and service. Quick and simple(ish) process to get started and get access to your storage unit. Grace did a great job guiding me through the forms (and there are a few) and explaining the key T&Cs carefully. Everything now safely stored

GoogleI had a lovely and easy experience at Big Yellow Self Storage in Edinburgh. The staff were very friendly, in particular Gill. Gill was extremely helpful and made the whole experience stress free. I would highly recommend this service!
