GoogleThis is the 1st time we've used a self storage unit and I can say I'm quite happy using this company, the lady in reception (Julia) was very helpful and has a warm personality, she put us at ease and answered all our questions , we'd be very happy using this place again in the future.

GoogleI've used Big Yellow a few times now for business purposes. Great place, clean and bright, friendly staff - and good value too. I do think that the renting process has become slow due to massive amount of questions and form filling. I've hired vans worth £40,000 with a quarter of the fuss! Annoying for many during a busy business day! My code to gain entry has 11 characters. How can a fool like me memorise that?

GoogleI was slightly apprehensive as I had never used a storage facility before but all of the staff at Poole were brilliant and made the process so easy and stress-free. Checking in was straightforward and staff were on hand for all my questions; accessing the storage unit was really easy and convenient; staff were really friendly and always helpful; checkout couldn't have been more simple. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

GoogleReally happy with the service and setup. Ben at the Poole store was extremely clear, explained all the services, walked round the facility and made the process very simple. Even the out of hours service was made easy and considering he was on his own on bank holiday Monday, didn’t rush or skip anything. Very happy.

GoogleAll the staff here are just really accommodative and friendly. Tom was a particular legend for us, helping us extend our stay and explaining all we needed to know throughout the process. Really good prices as well for our space. Thank you!

GoogleMeon and her colleagues could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was clear they were busy with many students emptying flats however this did not stop them being chatty and friendly Exercising social distancing and professionalism at all times Meon took the time to help us work out the size of unit we would need offered numbers for removal men in fact everything we needed to help make the move easier. I was also given NHS discount which was much appreciated. With service and friendliness second to none I would definitely recommend this storage facility

GoogleSmooth process. It’s great they have trolleys to help store luggage. Made our move quite quick. The staff at the desk was very helpful. Only thing I would say is watch out for things they try to sell e.g. plastic cover, insurance etc. On after thought I think we spent much more than required on the insurance and the useless plastic cover.
