GoogleCustomer service leaves a lot to be desired and don't be fooled by the price. At the point of sale they'll add: - Mandatory insurance (but they don't explain why, it just IS mandatory) - "Refundable" Security Deposit Lastly to get their 8 week discount you must pay for the 8 weeks up front in full.

GoogleThe staff were incredibly helpful during my time storing here. The move in and out processes were super simple and easy. I was served by Chris but all staff were always on hand to help if ever I needed anything!

GoogleBig Yellow is far superior to the other places near by. It is well designed with wide corridors, high ceilings, well lit, has excellent security protocols and has very helpful and friendly staff. They are also reasonably priced.

GoogleKatie did an amazing job showing me around and explaining all the important bit I needed to know. Friendly, efficient, right to the point - 10 out of 10! Facility itself is enormous - definitely the largest self-storage I've ever seen. Still, very easy to navigate. Lots of trolleys to move your stuff around. Definitely recommend.

GoogleGreat service and fantastic staff. We were taken around by a lady called Poppy, and she was extremely friendly. Explained everything with cheerful spirits and answered any questions we had. Very happy with the introduction, and excited to use the service.

GoogleDecent - lots of size options for storage, fairly accessible location. Access hours could be better: standard was till 5pm so we had to pay extra for extended hours, which was then only till 11pm. Attic Self Storage down the road is 24hr and well rated, so might use them next time.
