I wrote a review cautioning against this place as something was stolen from my locker and it must have been an inside job as it was hugely heavy, yet my review was removed! Goes to show you cannot trust reviews.

Micheal Mullen was a great help in getting everything processed quickly and explained the whole process. It made the process of self storage far easier with his calmness and precise information.

Very helpful stuff and amazing behaviour! You can almost store everything there. We kept our furniture there and also got discount coz we put our stuff for only 15 days!

Highly recommend this facility. Great location, easy access. The front office folks are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Make sure to ask for Chris, Poppy or Mike.

Staff is absolutely amazing. They helped me a lot in a very bad moment and they have been extremely supportive. The storage is in a good location and you can have good deals for prices.

I found out almost all my stuffs in basement floor storage unit was damaged by MICE INFESTATION and the storage & insurance company are both resisting hard to take the responsibility to cover damages. Very frustrating and stressful! Also the manager LIED about having no responsibility to repay the storage fee when they failed at pest control every year judging by Google Reviews here. Both the insurance company & Big Yellow Self Storage HQ have said the otherwise. And when I mentioned that, he changed his words. Worst customer service ever, I also remember other female manager suddenly switching her persona when she was informed about the damage. Getting all defensive and rude. Use the attic storage in Bow instead. Massive regrets for choosing BYSS Bow. Absolute waste of time, money & energy.

This is the worst big yellow I have been to. If I could give 0 star I would give it. First of all, this big yellow is not honest. I called in the morning to know whether they had the smallest box size available. They said ‘YES’. When I arrived 30mn later, they told me that they did not have any small box left. I suspect them to have lied to me to force me to purchase the bigger size. I call that DISHONESTY because if I knew that the smallest box size was not available, I would have been to another big yellow… Secondly, they forced me to purchase all of their extra services such as padlock and blanket against dust even though I said I was not interested as I had my own padlock… Thirdly, I had to manually fill in the automatic debit authorization form. But they did not even take into account that doc and chased me during the next two weeks telling me that they never got the authorization form… Ridiculous
