Does what it says on the tin. £1 per square ft per week. So for a 75 sq ft container, it'd be £300 per month.

The lady showed me a smaller box, which was actually enough for my requirements. Therefore saved me some money. Great service, highly recommended.

Nice & Polite staff members. Building not as cold as most storage buildings but that lift could do with some upgrading and slightly on a pricey side.

I always liked Big Yellow for its spacious layout, cleanliness and professional staff. But the owners have become rapacious as I have experienced large rent increases over the past 2 years and the 'free' after-hours access I received initially as a deal-sweetener was inexplicably canceled without notice after 18 months. Had this not occurred I would have probably kept the space indefinitely. But like so many UK firms - Virgin I'm thinking of you - customer loyalty is penalized at Big Yellow. I'm moving out as soon as I can make sufficient space!

Amazing service! The whole team (Paula, Charlene, Nia and Marc) are always really helpful, friendly and respond immediately. I wish all my business interactions were this easy.
