I’ve had storage here for 3 years, it’s safe and secure and you can come and go as you please. They allow you free use of trollies which helps get big items in and out.

Deji was the most helpful and accommodating person I had met on my arrival at Big Yellow. I had looked at several storage facilities that day and Deji was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Have only just set up, but the entire process - which is quite involved - was made very smooth by highly efficient staff and a very good online system. Facility seems very good in all aspects: access, security, flexibility. Well pleased so far.

I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to use a storage facility. I had a number of different items that needed to put into storage and I wasn't sure which type of unit would be best for me. The service I received from Deji was second to none, he was extremely friendly, polite and professional. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about ensuring their customers get best value for money. Thank you Deji.

The service I received from Deji in Big Yellow Beckenham was nothing short of amazing. He took his time to explain everything to me and ensured I was guided every step of the way. I needed further assistance another day and he went above and beyond his job role to ensure my time with them was perfect. Love the service provided by Deji!!!

Pretty good service but on 'moving-in' day they didn't ask if I had my own insurance (I did) and automatically added their own insurance (which was much more expensive) to my initial payment. Luckily I mentioned I'd brought along my insurance certificate, and I had to resign the agreement documents and they gave me a refund.

Excellent service from Karen and Andy - very smooth process, they were very helpful and professional. We also used A-Z removals recommended by them, who were really brilliant. A good experience all round. Thanks!

Excellent service and customer experience. I put my things in storage for six weeks and the whole process was effortless and the staff so incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond on a stressful day of moving when I forgot to clean out my storage unit and cleaned it up for me and refunded my money without me asking. Special thank you to Deji who signed me in and Karen, Andy and Mike who signed me out.
