GoogleWonderful service by Siobhan at Big Yellow. A pleasure to use this state of the art facilities. Everything was smooth and well communicated.

GoogleEmma talked me through all the paperwork and contract with Big Yellow. Shown to storage room and pass codes needed very helpful and welcoming.

GoogleHad to resort to this storage when COVID started. What's worse, I had to do it over the phone since I already bolted. Still, everything was manageable. All papers to sign had to be sent, printed, scanned, and sent back, just took a lot of time from a friend who delivered my things to storage. From there, everything became pretty much automated. Essentially, you register a room, register your details (including bank details), deliver your things, sign papers, then the standing order for each month pays automatically. Only things you shouldn't lose is the room #, padlock key, and pin code. Only way this storage can go wrong is you being irresponsible with your details, because it's otherwise reliable, manageable, and simple. All my things were as I left them, nothing went missing, and I got to keep the padlock. HIGHLY recommended.

GoogleThe process was very straight forward from reservation to check in. Although the check in function online had a little glitch that did not allow me to complete the check in,Nathan at the storage facility was very accomodating and performed this in person instead. Nathan explained all the procedures in detail and clearly which made the process of moving one that little bit easier!

GoogleI was having to book storage for my deceased mothers belongings till I decided what to do with them. I dealt with Gillian who was amazing, she gently explained all my options and let me know I had flexibility as I was not really sure what I was storing, selling or skipping. She was very empathetic but chatty and calming, I feel like a weight has been lifted today.

GoogleBig parking and loading area. Wide access doors. High level of security. Plenty trolleys. Very helpful, obliging staff. Pleasant and informative. Upper floor corridors just wide enough. Could be expensive when no deal available.

GoogleGreat staff, super friendly and helpful. Prices very reasonable for the first month. Quite tight corners inside the building around some of the smaller rooms. Will use again if needed!

GoogleI have nothin g but good things to say about Big Yellow Storage. The customer service is excellent. Ryan at the Chelmsford branch has been so helpful and reassuring in securing us a storage unit at a very busy time. We finally moved our belongings in yesterday and it all went very smoothly. Thank you Ryan.
