GoogleCheck-in was super slick, thanks for Katie for being so friendly and running through how it all works at the site. It was super simple to unload and get everything in the unit, loads of trolleys and parking. It can be a bit difficult to get late access to your unit if you don't organise with customer service when they're open (just let me do it online). So that's something to consider ahead of time.

GoogleEarnest, Kai and Mike provided excellent customer service. I have never used self storage before and they walked me through the process and patiently provided all the information I needed. They had time for every question and put me at ease instantly. No question was too much, they couldnβt of provided a better experience. Thank you very much to the team for their help.

GoogleExcellent customer service and the staff are very helpful. When I took the car park space 2 month ago I was abit hesitated if it will be secure place or not, but guess what just last weekend I got back from a job late night and the security guy (Hafeez) came out to check if I really had access to the car park etc, I was extremely happy with this service. The manager Chris fantastic gentlemen, made every step easy and simple for me. Keep up the good work guys

GoogleGood business concept and service. However, it is quite expensive for something as simple as a storage. It would be great for someone to think of an "uber"-concept storage and shake the market. There isn't enough competition, so Big Yellow hasn't improved on pricing.

GoogleReally good service. From matthew at first contact, through then Maxine on follow up, then Marie - or Louise as i insisted on calling her - or is it the other way round? Anyway, all of them are so helpful and enthusiastic - especially to a newbie. The facility is the best in the area. Access is a breeze. Although the daytime opening is a little restrictive. I thought it was going to be 8-6 but seems more like 9-5....might need to check the t&c again

GoogleMatt and Maria - Thank you both of you! You both have always greeted me with a smile and always listened and resolve any issues. The customer service is 10/10. The facility is clean and tidy. However, I believe it's time for you to freshen up your big trolleys. It was a pleasure staying at Big Yellow Enfield.

GoogleAll good so far! We looked at a number of storage companies and Big Yellow impressed us with their prices and how efficient they were in responding to queries. The live chat function was excellent and the team were proactive in getting stuff sorted for us. Booking was simple, as was check-in. The store kept in touch with us right throughout the booking. Matt at the Enfield store was super helpful. He was also at the store when we checked-in and was friendly, professional and helpful throughout. The space we booked was just what we needed. I was impressed with the facility - clear and clean with lots of trolleys for moving stuff. Would recommend based on our experience so far.
