GoogleUnfortunately this would have been an excellent service if it wasn't for Mike at the reception desk. Very rude and ruined my experience (and time). First and last time with big yellow.

GoogleA very organised self-storage service. You can check-in online to save time and any nerves you have regarding Covid. Our assistant, Cobra Kahn, was fanrastic. Very detailed and easily understood instructions and he had a great sense of humour too. Cobra is an asset to the company. I would recommend this storage facility and service to anyone in need of storage.

GoogleThe team, both on the phone and in-store were really helpful setting everything up and answering all my questions. Only thing - you need a lock straight away (whether you're filling the space or bringing your items later) so don't forget to bring your lock or you'll be buying a new one!

GoogleGreat Service, very friendly staff and helpful. One night after hours i was struggling to find a pump truck, the security guard helped to look around for them. The next day i returned and one was found immediately. I would highly recommend storing your items at this branch.

GoogleI'm not exaggerating when I say I think I had some of the best customer experience of my life with Mike and his colleagues at Big Yellow Self Storage in Bow. Moving house and storing your belongings is SO stressful and the team made it easy and straightforward and were genuinely a pleasure to interact with. I'd highly recommend them any time.
