GoogleI found the whole procedure of booking a locker very quick and easy online. All the staff are very friendly and patiently explain the in's and outs of placing items in storage and the cost is broken down and very easy to understand. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place and great security. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to store their items and have a piece of mind of the safety and security of this place You can go in and out anytime during opening hours either to take things out or put in.

GoogleAll great, except for the fact that their system is clearly outdated as it did not correctly take my photo ID when I submitted it, and this should have been flagged manually, since coming with a van and being turned away if I didn't have any photo ID would have been very frustrating. Luckily I had a copy of this on my gdrive which I could access from my phone. This definitely needs some work!
Otherwise, great customer service and Jason was helpful and accommodating.

GoogleI only have good things to say, would 150% recommend. When I first arrived at Big Yellow Brighton, I was exhausted after just packing my entire car, I was welcomed by a very pleasant Lady and then Andre signed me up, he was very gracious and absolutely delightful. Also Paul made me feel really welcomed and when I returned Paul checked me out I noticed he was offering to help everyone and we all felt very well looked after. Big Yellow Brighton it was a real pleasure thank you!
