GoogleLet's be clear. I haven't rented a space here. However, I am impressed with the customer service hence the review. I called on Saturday morning to find out if they have any packaging boxes available and was greeted fondly by Mark (or Marcus? Sorry!!!) He had a great sense of humour and gave me a quick breakdown as well as prices. I made my way over in 15 mins and met him at the reception. Gave me all the information quickly and efficiently as well as enjoying a good joke or two in-between. No rush service, offered to show me units to gauge sizes and helped me load the boxes into my car. I asked him to email me a breakdown of our conversation and before I had arrived home I had a complete quote and full cost breakdown in my inbox.
Thank you for making a stressful Saturday less stressful! Keep up the good work and keep smiling.
Now you're probably wondering why there are only 4 stars? Well, I might be a little picky here but they charge extra for out of hours entry. Although this was broken down in the email, I still think it's a bit much to ask for additional charges when other places are similarly priced and provide 24 hour access. Maybe that's just me. Also I couldn't really give 5 stars because I haven't rented a unit here so I don't know what that experience is like.

GoogleCharlene was amazing she went above and beyond and explained all the dimensions and costing so it all made sense. Both her and Paula are a credit to the company and the welcome you receive from them is beautiful. I’m going get my son to look for work with the company as their work ethics and how the staff are trained and treated well really shows. Thank you ladies

GoogleI am really happy that I chose this unit.
I was looking for a good size storage unit to hold all my stuff in from my move. I had an idea but I was unsure of the size that I needed. I received amazing customer service by both Paula and Charlene. From the first phone call to the actual visit the team is super welcoming.
I received excellent advice on what size of unit would suit my needs. I got everything shown and explained. They ladies really took they time to ensure everything was clear and straightforward. Which made my move into my unit, on the actual day so much easier.
The place itself is really clean, safe and bright which is important when moving your entire life into a unit. I can only recommend using they services.

GoogleI cannot recommend the Big Yellow enough. I have to mention George, who could not have been any more helpful. Having been let down by another storage facility. He found us a unit twice the size of that which we had previously booked with the other company at virtually half and for twice the time we originally requested with the other company. The previous company wanted £200 deposit Big Yellow £70 deposit. The previous company was 5" x 10" Big Yellow 10" x 10". The previous company wanted you to take a minimum of four months. BIG Yellow not too sure, but there was no problem with asking for four weeks. All in all, I would recommend Big Yellow every day.

GoogleWe moved out of storage last week after completing our lengthy house move. Nothing was too much trouble, didn’t even need to give notice as they signed us out on the day and discussed our refund, which hit the bank within 2 days. Super helpful staff and very clean environment. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future needs :)
