GoogleI had a very good and professional experience with big yellow here in Hove. I moved out of Brighton in August and came back in January and I came here and couple of times to clear my items. Patrick, Jason, Sandra and especially Kelsey were friendly and helpful with everything

GoogleExcellent service, great value for money and Patrick and Kelsey made sure everything went smoothly with moving it all out of storage and closing my account. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good storage space in Brighton/Hove area!

GoogleVery helpful, friendly and understanding staff who were accommodating towards room size and the possibility of needing to upgrade to a larger one, should my stuff have not fitted in the room I'd originally booked. Facilities are clean and secure and easy to navigate. Will definitely be using this service in future should the need arise. 10/10

GoogleThis brand new storage space is great. I got a small locker and was able to fit a massive amount of stuff in it. The security is all digital alarms and stuff - with good old padlocks for the traditionalists out there. Staff are super friendly and you can check in online beforehand.

GoogleEverything was easy from booking to check-in. I had to cancel and re-arrange my check-in date due to illness but this was all sorted out with no fuss by the Hove team. Stephanie, the Store Manager checked me in and she was professional , knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and engaging throughout so the whole process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend the Hove Team!

GooglePatrick helped us through the process with patience and a good knowledge of the system. No possible problem was insurmountable. He offered a drink on arrival and explained every step. Explained and watched whilst we went through the access process when showing us where the unit is. A very pleasant, helpful person. Thank you Patrick.

GoogleHad the loveliest experience storing here. Me and my partner had a unit each and it was so easy. The staff are really polite, friendly, understanding and helpful. Patrick and Jason helped us with extra days and checking out so we had time to clear our units without stress.

Googlevery grateful to the team at Hove for their help and support getting set up. I was very anxious but Patrick, Jason and Kelsey were brilliant. I am grateful for their patience and the time they took to explain everything and answer all my questions. I feel we couldnt be in safer hands. The whole.experience from first going online for the quote until actually moving in was made comfortable and easy to understand. Thank you
