GoogleVery well managed by staff. Excellent customer service. All possible questions answered. My only suggestion would be more signage in the storage area for the specific lockers and lift.

GoogleBe careful! 15% increase in rent after 3 months months, they get you in with an attractive rate then change the costs, I assume in the hope that you can’t be bothered to move. Very poor customer service in my book.

GoogleHaving never used a storage facility before I was a bit anxious about how it worked. Jason was so kind & talked me through the process & really helped me in my decision as to what size unit I would need. Today we put a lot of our belongings into the unit & found it really easy to do.
