GoogleThey offered a wide range of options for the storage space, clear pricing plans, detailed instructions to use the service, and good deals to the customers. The staffs are also friendly. Highly recommended

GoogleConvenient entrance. Rarely car park is overcrowded. Trolleys are available and on the place, possibly though related to working hours. 1st floor's corridors got enough room for trolley to pass. Inside temperature, air is good, without odours, so belonging doesn't have smell. Price is might not cheapest, but affordable. Though have to mention, after I've started to rent storage, the price went up... 😊

GoogleI’m usually served by Matt and Hamza who are both awesome employees of an organisation that truly values its customers. We run an independent small business and wouldn’t be as successful as we are without the help of the team at big yellow. Nadir, David, Matt and Hamza are all customer service legends and deserve to be recognised. They constantly go above and beyond for their customers and it’s always a pleasure to see them. Can’t recommend them highly enough. I hope the company recognises how valuable and fantastic these four are! Thanks again, team!

GoogleSuch a friendly team, always willing to help and extremely welcoming. Decent various sized storage spaces available, they have a room which gives you guidance of how big each one is. Have used their storage rooms twice and have had no issues at all. Would highly recommend!

GoogleWe have used other competitors before and we must confess we were a little concerned when booking, however you guys came out way ahead of anyone else, absolutely amazing service and facilities - your staff were superb ! A rare commodity these days. Big thanks to Mathew at check in and one other whose name we did not get. Thank you.

Googletl;dr: Very professional service for businesses needing storage / light industrial units. Our Amazon business needed to bring prep in-house following the closure of the external warehouse we used previously. We looked around several storage and light industrial options in Cambridge and chose Big Yellow although others were slightly cheaper. The staff were particularly helpful & patient during the initial part of our move when literally several hundred parcels arrived on some days, and giving tips on how to move our first pallets safely.
