GoogleHad a great experience with Big Yellow Bow and it was all so last minute which they really accommodated. A big shout out to Ernest. A true gent and you knew he was the boss! A great extended hours service too. No bother! Many thanks to all of the team at Big Yellow Bow!

GoogleExcellent. Jagdeep got us checked in very quickly and explained how everything worked. We were able to pull right up to the loading area and transfer onto trolleys which made everything really easy. The alarm plus padlock system makes it feel very secure. Very happy overall!

GoogleThe storage set up is great -- really easy to use. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was shown around by Chris, the manager, and it really felt like the team were dedicated to the safety of my possessions. Super affordable too, so would recommend.

GoogleI used them recently and would definitely recommend. Khai who did my check in was very friendly and helpful, in fact all of the staff members that I interacted with were lovely. Very straightforward to use, and when I emptied my storage out I got my refund for the time I didn't use promptly. Would happily use again

GoogleStored with Big Yellow after my other storage company let me down. Check in process was smooth, the staff explained all the check-in information in detail. When I was moving my items out, they provided me with solutions with how I could let the moving company access my items without me being there in person. Payments are made monthly in advance but as soon as I cleared my storage, I received my refund for the remaining weeks very quickly. Great service, highly recommend them and would definitely store again.

GoogleI had a very positive experience here, from parking up my bicycle (right outside and secure) through the tour at the end. Jagdeep was extremely helpful, definitely went out his way to make my day that bit better, and I couldn't recommend him enough if you get the chance to choose who you deal with here.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience! Booking the storage room itself was extremely easy, finalizing the paperwork took no time and the entire process was maybe under an hour. The facility is easily accessible with large parking lot, lifts and everything you could possibly need for a smooth move/storage. Khairul was extremely helpful and positive - exactly the type of person you need in the midst of a stressful move. He saw that I was moving everything by myself and made sure I got a box closer to the entrance. When I realized a slightly smaller box was a better fit for me, he accommodated my needs. A star example of amazing customer service! Thank you!!

GoogleA little short on the opening hours - given others like Attic over the road offer 24hr access as default. Seems slightly more expensive overall. Also, there's no way of retrieving your individual terms & conditions like the length of cancellation notice you should give. In fact, the entire extent of the online portal is a green indicator to show your account is valid - nothing there to give notice or check any further details. The main customer service number is a god-send, should the staff decide they're not answering calls for the last half hour and you need to extend your access hours for instance. Very helpful and able to provide instant resolutions to most queries as they can centrally manage accounts, payments, access codes, times & restrictions in a flash.
