The dimension of storages from the web site are not real. So be careful when estimate the item for storage. If you allow another person to have access to the storage and to the account it will anyway not allow to use this person’s content insurance ( in case he have and you don’t) and you will be forced to buy insurance and pay extra to Big Yellow.

Used the Camberwell (for 6 weeks) and Bow (for 2 months) Big Yellows while I was away travelling - both great, excellent service, all went smoothly, suuuper friendly positive staff! Would always use again. Only criticism is that the opening times should be longer in the evenings. You can’t go before 530pm if you work until 6 or 7pm.

Check-in service was lovely. The employee Reena was super helpful and enthusiastic. I am rating 3 stars though dude to the payment structure. I do not understand why you can only pay month by month. I needed storage for a month and 2 days and will have to pay for an entire extra month for those 2 days. Would recommend to someone who needs storage in intervals of months but if you only need storage for a week, or a month and a week, then look elsewhere. Other storage facilities offer such services at better prices.
