GoogleMoved back to the UK and needed storage for my shipment. Wasn't sure on space needed or for how long. The team in Croydon have been super helpful, totally flexible and made the move and the delivery of my shipment so easy and uncomplicated. Professional, friendly & efficient.

GoogleI always feel assured using this company to store my stuff over the summer. And the guy at the desk, Gary makes the whole process a lot smoother with how helpful he always is. If anything, I'll recommend mainly because of him.

GoogleIts big and yellow. You can dump your stuff, and it'll still be there when you return, so long as you keep paying the ransome.

GoogleHave used Big Yellow in Poole after a house purchase fell through and I had sold my previous home. Sam has been simply amazing, what a massive asset to Big Yellow she is! Her sense of humour, bubbly personality and glass-half-full outlook have helped me through such a stressful time. Can’t thank you enough Sam for all of your help and advice, you’ve been a godsend! THANK YOU! Highly recommend to anyone!

GoogleI reserved a room online that was 100sq ft. I was very fortunate to be called by Charlie who works there to inform me of more suitable storage space sizes for more reasonable prices. He also gave me a viewing of the spaces we talked about to confirm my choice. He was a life saver and allowed me to make a more informed decision about the space I need. If you're a Clueless first-timer to self storage like I am, Charlie is your guy! When I came to fulfill my reservation and move my items into storage, Kelsey was exceptional (in that she offered me coffee and water to drink) and very friendly. If you're a shy person who needs a storage space (or cheering up), ask for Kelsey!

GoogleGreetings, Earthlings! If you're in search of a self-storage facility that's out of this world, look no further than The Big Yellow Self Storage, where the lovely Lauren will guide you on your intergalactic organizational journey! 🚀 Upon arrival at this celestial storage haven, I was immediately greeted by the warm, radiant glow of Lauren's smile, rivaling the luminosity of the sun itself. She provided stellar advice on unit sizes and helped me navigate the space-time continuum of my storage needs. Lauren's knowledge of the cosmos of clutter was truly unparalleled, and she exhibited the patience of a Zen master as I asked a barrage of questions, surely making her ponder if she'd been sent on a mission to babysit an extraterrestrial life form. 👽 Her sense of humor was a supernova of delight, and our exchanges felt more like witty banter between spacefaring comrades than a transactional customer service experience. My belongings have never felt safer than in the gravity-defying embrace of The Big Yellow Self Storage and its guardian, Lauren. So, if you're ready to embark on an organizational odyssey filled with laughter, look no further than The Big Yellow Self Storage. And if you're lucky enough to encounter Lauren, you'll see why she's the North Star of storage solutions! 🌌 In Lauren we trust, and may the storage force be with you!

GoogleI put my stuff into storage here recently. I was assisted by a lovely staff member called Lisa, she provided a great service 10/10 would recommend. Edit to add: I ended my storage today and was provided excellent service by Paul who checked me out and refunded unused days. The trolleys provided are super handy too.

GoogleWe were served by Charlie whose patience and kindness to us were fantastic. We are going through an extremely stressful time and Charlie made a difficult situation much easier to bear. He explained everything so clearly and was humorous, helpful and understanding. Without Charlie's assisstance Monday would have been a nightmare. Thank you so much. X

GoogleMoving house is so stressful, particularly when you are moving back from Liverpool to Sussex and your move falls through last minute and suddenly you need to put everything in storage! Matt and Charlie couldn’t have been more helpful, I was so stressed when the storage unit wasn’t big enough to accommodate everything and my removal team didn’t pack it well. They supplied tea, reassuring words, coped with my tears, sorted everything out, found me another box and exemplified customer service! I really can’t thank these two amazing staff enough! A real asset to their employer and the service at Big Yellow Box has been exceptionally good! I would highly recommend and if you are lucky enough to deal with Matt and Charlie you are in very safe hands! 5* service start to finish! Honestly can’t thank these guys enough!!!!

GoogleThe staff at Big Yellow on Coombe Road are all incredibly helpful and professional, would highly recommend them for all your storage needs. Ade in particular went above and beyond to help me sort out what unit I needed and made sure everything went smoothly when I was downsizing all on my own in a stressful time to a smaller unit. 5 star service!
